📦 Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our food products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product was delivered damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The package was tampered with during delivery

📅 You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue.

💰 Refund Policy

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer


🔁 Replacement Policy

If eligible, we may offer:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability)
    OR

  • A full refund

Replacement delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after approval.


🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste preference issues

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
